What happens after you pay
It switches on by itself, usually within a few seconds. Open ADRODUB, and if it still shows the old plan or the old balance, close the popup and open it again. If nothing has changed within a few minutes, email our contact form with your receipt and we will fix it by hand.
Cancelling and refunds
Plans cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Credit top-ups are one-off payments with nothing to cancel. Within 14 days of a charge we refund in full, no reason needed, at our contact form. The full terms are on the Terms page.
